Return and Refund Policy

At Fhaels, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging when required.
